Saw cut and replacement of existing underground
Materials were PVC for drain, waste, and vent
PEX & Polymer fittings for unit distribution
CPVC fittings for water mains
Installed fire service line & FDC line (ductile iron)
Installed a new water meter & water service to the building (type K copper pipe and fittings)

Remodel of existing buildings
Saw cut & excavated to install new trunk lines for the sanitary system & water service
Installed a pump in each building
Materials were PEX for water piping above grade
Materials were uponor PEX for water piping below grade
Materials were PVC for below grade drain, waste, and vent
Cast iron for condensate piping (no hub cast iron pipe and fittings)
Installed new area drains for the patios
